FLIGHT CREW QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND CURRENCY

Crew qualifications and currency are assiduously maintained. Rather than using inactive personnel on a part time basis, IFFTG has an established qualification, training and checking process that ensures the highest in technical competence, legality and insurability. Characteristically, IFFTG flight crew personnel have engineering degrees, are licensed or experienced as airplane and powerplant mechanics, are recently retired from airline flying, and have a background in military flight test. For most flight events, those operating as a co-pilot or flight engineer are also licensed as airplane captains. Initial and recurrent training standards are extraordinarily high. All flight crew personnel are vetted for security purposes upon initial application, and recurrently throughout their tenure with IFFTG, ensuring compliance with security regulations worldwide.
